Restoration Agreement

The original Restoration Agreement between ARCS and the Queensland Government was signed in 2008. It was amended in early 2012 when the relevant land was gazetted as National Park and National Park (recovery). The amendment was made by a Deed of Variation and no amended version of the original Agreement was produced.

ARCS has prepared a consolidated version incorporating the variations into the original Agreement. A copy can be downloaded here. It is labelled ‘DRAFT’ as it is not the signed document. View document HERE.
