ARCS Microclimate Monitoring Project

In addition to the Wireless Sensor Network project, ARCS has set up seven ‘weather stations’ across the restoration properties.  Three of the stations are located within the Growth Monitoring plots at Warblers.

The stations record temperature, humidity, rainfall, soil moisture, photosynthetically active radiation, leaf wetness and, in some instances, soil water potential. Data are downloaded monthly.
